Responsibility
- Collect and verify documents from assigned client locations (e.g., offices, warehouses, or residential areas) on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all collected documents are accurately logged, sorted, and prepared for dispatch or digital archiving.
- Maintain a detailed record of document collections, including dates, times, and client signatures for accountability.
- Coordinate with the central office to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any discrepancies in documentation.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and adhere to company data protection policies.
- Use company-provided tools (e.g., mobile apps, scanners) to digitize documents where required.
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams to address any issues or delays in document collection.
- Follow all safety and operational protocols while traveling between locations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in administration or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in document handling, office support, or dispatch roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document collection and logging.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace for record-keeping.
- Reliable transportation (e.g., motorbike or car) and a valid driver’s license to travel between locations in Bali.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
