Responsibility
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment
- Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and assist with visual merchandising as directed
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them efficiently
- Promote ongoing store promotions, loyalty programs, and new product launches
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and conducting stock checks
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about helping customers
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and cash management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health, beauty, or personal care products is beneficial
