Responsibility

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service, assisting shoppers with product inquiries and recommendations
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
  • Maintain store cleanliness and product displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment
  • Stock shelves, replenish inventory, and assist with visual merchandising as directed
  • Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them efficiently
  • Promote ongoing store promotions, loyalty programs, and new product launches

Qualifications
