Responsibility

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and meals under the guidance of the head chef or kitchen supervisor.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, including sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment.
  • Support the kitchen team in plating and presenting dishes to meet Prince Coffee Bali’s high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and restock kitchen supplies, including ingredients, utensils, and packaging materials.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries, including checking for quality and freshness.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient food service during peak hours.
  • Contribute to menu development by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer preferences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a kitchen or food preparation role (experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and recipes.
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
  • Fluency in English or Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a bonus.
