Responsibility
- Warmly greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently using digital or manual systems.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Provide accurate information about menu offerings, promotions, and venue policies to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with diplomacy and prompt resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area.
- Assist in training new team members and upholding company service standards.
- Monitor guest flow and adjust seating or staffing as needed during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hostess, front desk, or customer service role in hospitality (hotels, restaurants, or resorts preferred).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage guests.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, reservation software) is advantageous.
