Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain efficiency and discipline.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and ensure minimal waste.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other CDPs to maintain consistency in menu execution.
  • Enforce food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in developing new recipes and menu items to enhance guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in the kitchen.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any kitchen-related issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Culinary degree or certification from a recognized institution is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Fluency in English and/or Indonesian is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
