Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock of coffee, beverages, and supplies.
- Oversee cash handling, sales reporting, and financial transactions to maintain accuracy and transparency.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract customers and boost sales, including seasonal menus and loyalty programs.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the management team to set performance goals, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a café, coffee shop, or hospitality setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
