Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of ramen dishes and other menu items under the guidance of the head chef.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours to ensure timely and efficient food delivery.
- Follow recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency in food quality.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients and notifying supervisors of low supplies.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold the restaurant’s standards for food presentation and quality control.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
