Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train and develop staff to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service speed.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions and operational improvements.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and inventory management.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
