Responsibility
- Represent luxury beauty brands professionally in high-end retail locations across Bali.
- Engage with customers to demonstrate products, provide personalized recommendations, and educate them on brand benefits.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through effective promotional strategies and upselling techniques.
- Maintain an immaculate and inviting product display to attract and retain customer interest.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the brand team for continuous improvement.
- Participate in in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to maximize brand visibility.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
