As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and daily operations. Responsibility
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of retail staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with recruitment, training, and promotional guidelines.
- Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and financial reporting to optimize store performance.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular audits of store processes, including finance, stock, and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with regional managers to align store goals with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in consumer electronics or similar industries.
- Proven ability to lead teams, train staff, and drive operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of retail SOPs, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, sales tracking, and performance metrics.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related fields is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
