Responsibility
- Implement and monitor compliance with company SOPs for recruitment, training, promotions, finance, inventory, and operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop store staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the regional team to execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare and submit reports on store performance, inventory levels, and financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service excellence.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
- Proficiency in inventory management, financial reporting, and compliance with retail standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
