Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on product selections, sizes, and styling tips.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments, while adhering to H&M’s sales policies.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring product presentation meets brand standards.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends and H&M collections to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments, tagging items, and conducting stock checks.
- Promote H&M’s sustainability initiatives by educating customers on eco-friendly products and recycling programs.
Qualifications
- Passion for fashion and retail with a keen eye for trends and styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
