Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are sanitized and ready for use.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking beverages, garnishes, and other bar supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and proper handling of food and beverages.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, providing correct change and receipts to guests.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new menu items, promotions, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
