Responsibility
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Italian cuisine kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and update menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef, incorporating seasonal ingredients and authentic Italian flavors.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with local regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and minimize waste through efficient kitchen practices.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and address any culinary concerns.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
