Responsibility
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks efficiently and accurately.
- Restock and organize bar supplies, including liquor, glassware, and garnishes.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized bar area, including counters, equipment, and storage spaces.
- Support in inventory management and notify supervisors of low stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with venue policies.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar for service and events.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and high-energy bar experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to lift and carry supplies (up to 20 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and drink preparation is advantageous.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
