Responsibility
- Operate buggies safely and efficiently to transport guests around the attraction.
- Assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and general information about Garden by the Bay.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of buggies and designated work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to guarantee a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless and enjoyable experiences for visitors.
- Manage crowd control and queue systems during peak hours.
- Conduct pre- and post-shift inspections of buggies to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Handle minor technical issues or report them to the maintenance team as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license (preferably with experience operating small vehicles).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical fitness to perform duties such as standing, walking, and assisting guests.
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
