Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in assigned subjects to students at MDIS Bali, adhering to the institution's academic standards and curriculum guidelines.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with learning objectives, incorporating interactive teaching methods to enhance student comprehension and participation.
- Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Collaborate with full-time faculty and academic staff to ensure consistency in course delivery and student support.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions to stay updated on best practices in education.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement, critical thinking, and cultural exchange.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress, ensuring timely submission of reports to the academic department.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, addressing their academic queries and offering support as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field of study (Master's or PhD preferred for specialized subjects).
