Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for heavy equipment spare parts within the Palu, Sulawesi Tengah region.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, including contractors, mining companies, and other heavy equipment operators.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand their operational needs, provide technical advice, and propose appropriate spare parts solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotations, and proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the service and technical teams to ensure seamless customer support and satisfaction.
  • Manage sales pipeline, track sales activities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and product launches to promote Kobelco parts and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, automotive, industrial machinery, or spare parts.
  • Strong technical understanding of heavy equipment components, engines, hydraulics, and general machinery operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the Palu, Sulawesi Tengah region.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and customer base in Sulawesi Tengah is highly advantageous.
