Responsibility
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock monitoring, ordering, and distribution across service centers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for inventory management.
- Collaborate with service partners to streamline processes and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Train and mentor inventory staff to improve performance and adherence to best practices.
- Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Prepare and present reports on inventory status, trends, and improvements to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the retail or service industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in team supervision or management.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of automotive or electronics inventory is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
