Responsibility

  • Oversee daily inventory operations, including stock monitoring, ordering, and distribution across service centers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for inventory management.
  • Collaborate with service partners to streamline processes and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Train and mentor inventory staff to improve performance and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the retail or service industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in team supervision or management.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of automotive or electronics inventory is a plus.
