Responsibility
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts that align with client requirements and project briefs.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and materials into projects.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, reports, and specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure designs meet legal and safety standards.
- Provide creative solutions to design challenges while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Part 1 Architectural qualification or equivalent certification.
- Proven experience in architectural or interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of design and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and local building regulations is a plus.
