Responsibility
- Draft, review, and organize various legal documents, contracts, and affidavits relevant to real estate transactions.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to assist in case strategy and compliance with local property laws.
- Maintain and update organized case management files, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies for the filing and processing of legal documents.
- Assist attorneys in preparing for closings, hearings, and corporate meetings.
- Monitor deadlines and manage calendar alerts to ensure timely submission of filings and compliance requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, external counsel, and internal team members regarding the status of legal matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in the real estate or corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of Philippine real estate law, civil procedures, and administrative documentation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and legal research software/databases.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
