World Central Kitchen is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join our team in Makati City. Responsibility
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for SEC, DTI, and other regulatory government agencies.
- Manage and maintain a centralized database for all corporate contracts, legal records, and sensitive files.
- Assist in the drafting, reviewing, and proofreading of legal agreements and corporate correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely compliance with periodic reporting requirements.
- Support corporate governance initiatives by preparing minutes of meetings, board resolutions, and secretary certificates.
- Monitor and track regulatory deadlines to ensure the organization remains in good standing at all times.
- Conduct legal research to support the team on compliance-related inquiries and procedural updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in a corporate environment.
- Proven knowledge of Philippine corporate law, SEC/DTI filing procedures, and government regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethics.
