Responsibility
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in paid media advertising.
- Assist in budget allocation and forecasting for paid media campaigns.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members on paid media strategies.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and advertising guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies.
