Responsibility
- Monitor and log broadcast content to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and distribute broadcast materials.
- Maintain and update broadcast databases and records with precision.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to broadcast operations.
- Prepare and distribute reports on broadcast performance and metrics.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to facilitate smooth broadcast operations.
- Support the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations in all broadcast activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in broadcast administration, media monitoring, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in media monitoring tools and broadcast software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the media landscape in the APAC region is a plus.
