Responsibility
- AI Feature Development: Lead the operational rollout of AI-driven tools (e.g., auto-captioning, background removal, voice enhancement) and gather creator feedback to refine functionality.
- Creator Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with top Indonesian creators, influencers, and agencies to drive adoption of CapCutâs AI features.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of AI projects, from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and KPIs are met.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improving AI tools and creator workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Content Strategy: Develop tutorials, case studies, and best practices to educate creators on leveraging CapCutâs AI capabilities.
- Localization: Adapt global AI features for the Indonesian market, including language, cultural nuances, and regional trends.
- Performance Reporting: Track and report on the impact of AI projects, presenting insights to stakeholders to inform future roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or community growth within the tech, media, or creator economy.
- Proven track record of managing AI/ML or SaaS product launches with measurable success.
- Deep understanding of video editing tools, social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and creator trends in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or Tableau to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for AI innovation and its applications in creative industries.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (preference for Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar).
