Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end client accounts, including proposals, contracts, and project coordination.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IP & Studios clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Handle collections and financial tracking for assigned accounts.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, finance, legal) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in advertising or digital media.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with contract management and financial tracking.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or social media campaigns is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
