Responsibility
- Operate packing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and accurate product packaging.
- Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies before packaging to maintain quality standards.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to comply with food production regulations.
- Label and seal packages correctly, ensuring all products meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize productivity and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and production deadlines.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking packed goods and restocking materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in packing or manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and packaging accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as required.
- Familiarity with packing machinery or willingness to undergo training.
