Responsibility
- Execute the precise folding and packing of aerospace evacuation slides according to strict engineering specifications and quality protocols.
- Perform comprehensive visual and functional inspections of equipment before final sealing to ensure zero-defect production.
- Operate specialized machinery and tools necessary for the assembly and packaging of high-pressure safety systems.
- Maintain accurate production records and inventory documentation to ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and production engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly issues and improve process efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines and aerospace cleanroom standards.
- Support routine equipment maintenance and keep the work station organized in accordance with 5S methodology.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level, or a Certificate/Nitec in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a precision manufacturing, assembly, or technical packaging role; experience in aerospace or high-precision industries is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow complex, multi-step technical manuals.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for delicate component handling.
- Ability to work in a structured environment and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining high levels of focus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or electronic inventory management systems.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime as required by production schedules.
