Responsibility
- Operate and maintain automated packaging machinery for contact lens production.
- Perform visual and automated inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with ISO standards.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols in a cleanroom environment.
- Label, seal, and package finished products according to batch specifications.
- Document production data, including quantity, defects, and downtime, in digital systems.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to troubleshoot packaging issues.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company SOPs.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling for packaging supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
- Prior experience in packaging, production, or quality control (preferably in medical/pharmaceutical sectors).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with microscopic precision.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and machinery operation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and PPE requirements.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in shift-based schedules (including weekends if required).
