Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the outlet team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet daily sales targets.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with Tealive’s brand standards, hygiene protocols, and food safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to enhance performance and maintain a high-energy work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotions, marketing initiatives, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail, F&B, or hospitality.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and staff.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- High attention to detail with a focus on maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak business periods.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a commitment to delivering Tealive’s signature quality and service.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
