Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the food and beverage outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to optimize menu offerings and promotional activities.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other operational metrics as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory and cost control.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality sector.
