Responsibility
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards.
- Train, coach, and mentor staff to foster a high-performing and customer-centric team.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with customers and staff.
- Proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
