Responsibility
- Lead and manage all aspects of outlet operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met, resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, maximize profitability, and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and maintain cost control to optimize operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the outlet through social media, events, and local partnerships.
- Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry (restaurants, cafes, or hotels).
- Proven ability to lead teams, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion for customer service excellence and a guest-centric approach.
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape in Bali’s hospitality sector.
