Responsibility
- Lead and manage the outlet’s daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Drive sales targets and implement strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to maintain a high-performing team.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product availability meets demand.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a managerial role within retail, hospitality, or F&B industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
