Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health/safety standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize outlet efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in luxury hospitality or high-end retail.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of Baliās hospitality and tourism industry is highly advantageous.
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by the business.
