Responsibility
- Lead and manage all outlet operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Monitor inventory, costs, and budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in alignment with industry standards.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and branding initiatives.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and implement service recovery strategies as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and drive sales in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (preferred).
