Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting to ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and brand loyalty.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, F&B, housekeeping) to enhance guest experiences and streamline workflows.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve escalations professionally and promptly to uphold the brandās reputation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and team-building activities to foster a high-performance culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to innovate and adapt services accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outlet or restaurant management, preferably in luxury hospitality or high-volume establishments.
- Proven ability to lead teams of 20+ staff with a focus on coaching, motivation, and conflict resolution.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost-control strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel for reporting).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
