Responsibility

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain high performance and service excellence.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for kitchen processes, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a high-volume kitchen or fine dining establishment.

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and best practices in culinary hygiene.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
