Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and build brand loyalty.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and minimize waste to optimize cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotions, events, and campaigns that attract and retain customers.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a café, restaurant, or similar hospitality setting.
- Proven track record of leading teams, driving sales, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the F&B industry.
- Experience with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Passion for coffee, food, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
