Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining cost control.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align with company goals and initiatives.
