Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional performance and achieve business goals.
- Manage inventory, supplies, and budgeting to optimize profitability and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and consistent brand standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
