Responsibility
- Lead and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional service standards in line with Moxyâs brand values.
- Oversee daily operations of the hotelâs restaurant, bar, and in-room dining services, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement creative menus, promotions, and events to drive revenue and enhance guest experiences.
- Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost control to optimize F&B profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining high operational standards.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to align F&B strategies with overall business goals.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
- Train and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, menu engineering, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management (e.g., ServSafe, WSET) is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for hospitality and a guest-centric mindset with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
