Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and process orders accurately using POS systems or manual methods.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and closing the outlet according to company standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and high-quality service.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counter, and service stations.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Well-groomed appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., trays, supplies).
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry is advantageous.
