Join Tam Kah Seafood, a leading name in the seafood industry, as an Outdoor Sales Representative in the vibrant markets of Bali. We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional to expand our client base, nurture key relationships, and drive revenue growth across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with restaurants, hotels, and distributors to promote our premium seafood products. Your ability to build trust, identify opportunities, and close deals will directly impact our market presence in Bali’s thriving hospitality and culinary scene.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in Bali’s hospitality and retail sectors.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients, including chefs, procurement managers, and business owners.
- Present and demonstrate the quality and value of Tam Kah Seafood’s products to drive sales.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and resolve any client concerns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, seafood, or food distribution.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, resorts) is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
