Responsibility
- Conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers in assigned territories across Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors to expand market reach.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, expense documentation, and activity logs in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations.
- Uphold company values and professional standards in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic CRM tools.
- Ownership of a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license (advantageous).
- Passion for sales, customer engagement, and team collaboration.
