Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including retailers, interior designers, and contractors.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase Continental Lamp’s lighting solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive field visits and follow-ups.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including customer feedback and market insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of products, coordinating with logistics and support teams.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the lighting or home decor industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Basic knowledge of lighting products and trends is a plus.
- Proficient in using CRM tools or sales tracking software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
