As our Outdoor Sales Executive, you’ll be the face of TRADER MAX, engaging with local businesses, hotels, resorts, and bulk buyers to promote our exclusive Trader’s Price wholesale deals. Responsibility
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including local businesses, hotels, resorts, and bulk buyers, to promote TRADER MAX’s wholesale and convenience products.
- Conduct outdoor sales visits to build and maintain strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and negotiate product offerings, pricing, and promotions to secure new business and drive revenue growth.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-ups, and closing techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, B2B sales, or wholesale distribution, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in an outdoor environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
- Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Passion for sales, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
