Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory (Bali).
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic negotiations.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company’s presence.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management for strategic planning.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to position solutions effectively.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in outdoor sales, B2B, or direct client engagement (preferably in a similar industry).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
