Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory (Bali).
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic negotiations.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the company’s presence.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management for strategic planning.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments to position solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in outdoor sales, B2B, or direct client engagement (preferably in a similar industry).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
