Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs, present product solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for hardware products.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any client concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the hardware, construction, or industrial supplies sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently within Bali.
- Familiarity with hardware products, industry standards, and client needs is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
