Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across Bali, including retailers, contractors, and corporate buyers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities in the furniture industry.
  • Present and demonstrate our product portfolio to potential clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and customization options.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet company targets and client expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, and client events to boost brand visibility.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and sales techniques to remain a trusted advisor to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in outdoor sales, preferably in the furniture, retail, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
